Domonic “Dom” McDougall comes to In Force Technology with an extensive Military and Public Service Technology background.
Mr. McDougall served in Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 181st Infantry Regiment and toured Afghanistan as a combat infantryman having received numerous medals and distinguished honors. Following his honorable discharge from the Army, Mr. McDougall served as a Corrections Officer for the Essex County Sheriff’s Department, headquartered in Middleton, Massachusetts.
Mr. McDougall manages daily operations and support, including quality control, implementation and rollout of In Force911 to customers throughout the United States. As the VP of Technology, Mr. McDougall manages daily operational decisions regarding prioritization of work and resource allocation. In addition, Dom manages all of the Information Governance and Information Management initiatives. Further responsibilities include developing the company’s knowledge management initiatives and product roadmaps serving as the chief liaison with the company’s software developers. Dom works to achieve and migrate new solutions in the best of the company and its national customer base.
