If In Force obtains a customer’s private information, this privacy policy explains In Force’s processes for obtaining the information and how In Force uses the customer’s information.
This statement applies to all In Force products, including its services, its websites, its applications, its software, its hardware, and its devices. In Force may provide additional privacy policies with particular products and any statements in additional privacy policies shall apply to those products.
1. Personal Information
In Force may collect personal data from customers based on the use of its products. This personal data may be provided directly through the use of the products and experiences with the products. How In Force collects Customers’ personal data may also depend on privacy settings of individual customers. In Force may also collect data from third parties.
Customers have the right to refuse any requests by In Force for personal data. In addition, In Force will allow customers to opt out of providing personal information at any time. However, it is the responsibility of each customer to provide notice to In Force when refusing to provide personal information or opting out of providing personal information. Nevertheless, there are minimum requirements for personal information for products of In Force. If a customer refuses to provide these minimum requirements, then such customer may not be able to utilize such products.
Furthermore, there will be occasions in which In Force must obtain personal information, such as when required by law or contractual obligations to you or to third parties. If a customer refuses to provide personal information that In Force must obtain, then In Force will terminate any agreement it has with the customer. In Force will notify you if this is the case at the time.
2. How Personal Information is Used
In Force uses personal information for the following, non-exhaustive reasons:

In Force is aware that the personal information of its customers is important. For this reason, customers have control over how In Force obtains personal information, and allows customers to inquire as to how In Force uses personal information. Notwithstanding anything in this privacy policy, there will be instances where In Force must have access to personal information of its customers and the control customers have over whether In Force obtains personal information is reduced. For instance, In Force will obtain personal information and utilize such information when:

In these instances, In Force reserves the right to obtain personal information or terminate use of its products if a customer refuses.
5. Organizational Customers
In some instances, the customer shall be an organization. In Force shall obtain personal information for such customers. Employees of the organization shall not be customers of In Force but personal information of these employees may be necessary for operation of In Force products. If employees are provided access to In Force products, there may be organizational policies separate and apart from In Force policies. Such policies do not replace or supersede this Privacy Policy. In the event that employees have questions regarding these Privacy Policies, those inquiries should be directed to administrators within the organization.
In Force is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of its customers, which may differ from those set forth in this Privacy Policy.
6. Sharing of Personal Information
In Force may share its customers’ personal information with the consent of its customers or when necessary for the operation of its products. In Force may also share personal information with its affiliates and subsidiaries; with its vendors; when required by law or to respond to legal process; to protect our customers; to protect lives; to maintain the security of our products; and to protect the property and certain rights of In Force.
