Vice President, Technology & Product Innovation

 

Domonic is a combat veteran, having served with the 181st division National Guard unit of Massachusetts.  Domonic served a one year tour of active duty in Afghanistan, achieving the rank of specialist and survived an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) detonation while atop his unit’s MRAP vehicle. Upon completion of his six year National Guard assignment, Dom was admitted to the Essex County Sheriff’s Office academy where he graduated, becoming a Corrections Officer at the Middleton correctional facility.

Drawing upon his passion for all things technology, Dom developed a passion for working with software, especially in the law enforcement and public safety industry. Based on his working technical knowledge Dom has managed the daily Infrastructure Technology operations of IFT and manages the company’s 24×7 customer support and service division.  Through continued learning, Dom has grown into a senior level role with the company in which he manages the entirety the customer’s software on-boarding projects, networking and physical implementations.

Over the last few years, Dom has been tasked with the oversight of the company’s product innovation and software development roadmap, execution and quality control.  Today, Dom continues to oversee most aspects of the company IT operations, while leading and maintain the company’s software engineers and development teams.

When not at work, you can find Dom enjoying time with his family, working out, jet skiing and enjoying the latest innovative technologies.
